32 years of age, Constraint for student visa or not ?

HI,

I have been given the goa ahead for PR & plan to land in Aug. Iam processing the admission of my younger sister in HT from seneca (PG Certificate), shes 32 years of age with around 5 years of work experience.

People in delhi are telling me that the age of 32 years might be a constraint because me the prother is moving on a PR , & suddenly the candidate applies for an admission after five years.

Any solution/advice/ way forward
