Would appreciate details of a travel agent/ agency or web based operator, which can offer good deals on air fares to India.

If you have canadian passport or american visa

Continental and American Airlines are giving good rate $1K all inclusive to Delhi

Only one pain:

You have to recheck your suitcases in America due to security check.
