I read all the research stuff with a pinch of salt. Expect the other researcher to disprove the theory. I have learnt one thing that the researches can be totally wrong. e.g. all along we were told fat was bad. They made no distinction about the plant based fat and animal fat. Now new research says there is difference in the way body absorbs plant based fat and animal fat including including plant based saturated fat like coconut oil and olives and avocados. Now researchers say only animal fat is bad but plant based fat is good. I can give lots of diet related examples of research which researchers are taking a second look at.
