Any lawyer would notorize docs...its quick money for them...if you r in GTA...go to Albion and Islington...plenty of Desi lawyers there who wud stamp and notorize in 5 mins..

What are the other documents required to be sent alongwith the invitation letter discussed. Is there a checklist, made up by someone. It could help.

I included pay stubs, bank statement, and copies of property tax and income tax papers (just in case).
The travel agent took care of the visa since the tickets were purchased thru that agent. That was the deal and worked out well.

I have a couple of questions which I hope you can answer:

- Is it necessary to get a letter from the Bank which states the amount of money deposited. This letter I can get at $ 15 charge. However I do think that just the bank statement should help.

- Should the invitation be from myself alone or would it be better if my spouse and I send a joint invitation, which shows that our joint income is enough to support the visit of my parents.

Please advise
