can any1 tell me whts is the situation of H1B visa to USA.......... have any1 got it .... reply plz
H1b Visas would open in OCT 06 now , You can start filing for it from Apr 05

Typo correction -" you can start filing process from April ' 06 " not April 05
Also visa stamping is possible after H1 is approved but the validity( visa period) starts from 1st OCT'06 . so you can enter USA only from 1st OCT 2006.
Unless you have graduate degree from US University. H-1B Visa 2005 quota for such people was still available last month. I believe body shoppers are making a run at it as normal H-1B Visa 2005 quota is full and 2006 filing wouldn't start till April 2006.
