Incase you missed an earlier post..type OSAP into google.com and you will find links to the ontario student loan plan programmme. May help your wife to continue education. However, one of the criteria for eligibility is that you have to have spent atleast 1 year as a landed immigrant. I am one of those who have had a lot of good fortune after continuing my education with the help of this plan.
