can a person start preparing for exams while he is still here in india? where to find books from?

hello everybody

the question is regarding my wife who is a co-applicant for pr. she has a 3 yrs bachelors degree and about 1.5 yrs experience in customer servicing/telemarketing/back office at icici webtrade (a division of icici). with this background can she get into a csr job in some financial services organisation in canada? also can anyone suggest some canadian course relating to office management or customer service? (apart from csc as she does not have a good numerical aptitude)

I am not sure .....It would be appropriate to send them an e-mail ....You will get their e-mail address at theiw website csi.ca....I think you can ....probaly they will charge you a lot for shipping...To be honest I am not sure....I am only sure` of the fact that once u enroll in the course you can write the exam in India but for that you have to pay a lot of money...It is always a good idea to got their website and ask them directly....

hey ,

once u enroll for CSC exam u will get access to online textboof of CSC. there are about 13 chapters. each chapter on an average has about 40 pages. online text is in pdf format and u can take prints from india itself instead of ordering for text. it will be cheaper that ways.

the enrolment requires u to fill SIN number. what abt this?
I don't have any since I am not a canadian resident
