His Holiness, Sri Sri Sri Shivabalayogi Maharaj will be holding meditation programs in the Greater Toronto Area from July 15th, 2011 to July 31st, 2011.
He will be initiating all participants who come to the programs into dhyaan meditation at his programs. This meditation in practiced in inner and outer silence. After the program participants will have an opportunity to meet with Sri Swamiji to talk about their experiences in their meditation and about anything spiritual and personal about their well being. All of Sri Swamiji's programs are FREE and is done in the attitude of a friend. Please see below of the major events taking place in the GTA when Sri Swamiji is here. We recommend participants wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket or shawl if cold, and also bring a cushion to sit for the 1 hour meditation.
Each program consists of:
* 1 hour Meditation
* 45 min-1 hour Bhajan/Kirtans (spiritual songs)
* Aarti (waiving of the sacred light)
* Prasad (Blessed food)
* Personal Darshan with Sri Swamiji
