Sir,

I am citizen of India, working in USA since 3 yrs and I am applying for PR as skilled worker from US.

My previous application for PR was rejected due to insufficient points (72 for 75) and since I applied after Jan 2002, I have to reply with everything.

This time,

While going through Obtaining PClearence Appendix, the guide says that "Do no apply for police clearence from Honkkong, canada or USA until you are specifically asked by Visa offer"

But the Checklist asks to enclose a PCC?

a) Do we still have to apply & enclose the FBI clearence letter at the time of application?

b) Can I submit my year & half old FBI clearnece copies and submit the application for now so that my file is in Q and as and when I get the FBI latest letter, I shall update it? Can I do this?


Please advice sir. I have my unmarried sister in India who wants to apply for the first time PR as well. Her police clearence also might be delayed by a month. Can she also apply WITHOUT PCC and later submit an update?

Please advice. I further would like to consult your for additonal services and need more details. How can I reach you ?
