I would appreciate knowing which are the best English-language Desi newspapers in which to advertise to the Toronto Desi community? Is it Weekly Voice? CanIndia News Weekly? Or what other ones?

depends on what group you want to target, gujjus read guj abroad, hindi's read hindi newspapers, however everyone listen to radio stations, like 530 am, 101.3fm and many others..throughout the day..also there is EastWest Connections Direcotry for desis...
