The International Qualifications Appraisal Board of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants is re-reviewing on whether CAs from India will be treated as a designated body for the purpose of recognition in Canada. Their decision is still pending but if it comes through Indian CAs will not have to write the UFE but maybe the CA Reciprocity Exam.
