My daughter who is in Canada has applied for PR status for my wife and me. I know it will take time. But since we reside in Mumbai, just wanted to know if the interview will be held in Mumbai or we will have to journey to Delhi for the same.
Likely in New Delhi, unless they have more regular applicants from Mumbai

You will not have an interview. You are under parent category. Right?
It is unlikely that you will have an interview.....as per end process, you need to get medical done (which can be done in Mumbai) and then send your passport by mail.....no need to travel to Delhi.
