I would suggest that you take an apartment hotel like staybridge before renting an apt. We stayed at Staybridge, Markham for a couple of weeks before moving into an apt. It made the transition very smooth.

I am a little concerned and will advice against any long term financial comitment like appartment lease
you mentioned of a job offer and i am wondering sure your skills must be in demand but employer in CA are nothing less than Bstrds
pardon my language but am concerned and i think i am not wrong
