Hi! can someone give me an idea of what the real estate prices for commercial purposes be? Like for a retail store of about 800 sq ft in different areas of toronto? is it on rentals or leases? Which is better? Do they also have a concept of advance and how much would that be?thanks!
Check the toronto star website. http://www.torontostarclassifieds.com -> business to business. There are many classifieds for commercial land stores for rent etc. This might give you idea about the prices in various locations in toronto / gta area.
