hi guys please solve my problem

i have 4 years of induatry experince in network engineering in INDIA
im moving to canada on study base, humber college, 1 years post graduate diploma

my question is: Can i apply for PR as soon as i reach canada, or i will have to wait for completion of my course?
i have 67 points according to point system.

You will be eligible to apply after one year of studies.

is 8 months post gradute diploma enough for qualifing 1 year study formality?

You can apply for immigration the day you arrive in Canada. You just need to have 1 year study visa from date of your arrival to process your PR application. Bring your original PCC (Police clearance certificate) from India

can you shed some more light on the PCC? What exactly it is and how to go about it?

I am also planning to come down to Canada for MBA studies and would like to apply for PR. So it would be great if you could share some info on this.
