In past i traveled to Mumbai by Austrian Airways; Better rates and new fleet. There is this desi airline agency (sorry don't remember their name) at airport road where i got tickets last time.

Gill International travels routinely gives good prices. I got quotes for 1250 to mumbai recently including everything.

Gill International Travel is quite reasonable however Lovely Travels in Brampton offers one of the cheapest fares in town specially infant fares. For Jan 2009 flight I paid CAD 1225 on KLM for YYZ-DEL. Infant fare is CAD 140. Very prompt service.
