Please ask for a free initial interview. They should give you an idea as to what they can do and the costs. Tell them if their services are what you need, you will hire them for your requirements. Do not discuss it over the phone. Carry all you papers and the questionaire that you have and get proper answers. If the say "YES" we can help you, then pay the fees and hire them.
