I finally heard back from the rental agency.
They are asking for $200 for repainting the bumper, plus $50 "administrative fee", plus GST - approx. $260 total.

They did attach a bill from a car shop showing $210 worth of work done - repainting rear bumper.

So my question - is there any point in fighting this or do I have to suck up and pay up?
