Dear Sir,
I have applied for Manitoba Immigration and have received approval for Manitoba. I now need to apply for Federal as a provincial Nominee. I want to know how much time the process for getting the landing papers is going to take.
I am based in Dubai - UAE and have filed my papers through the London post. I would also like to know whether I need to stay in Dubai till I get my landing papers since I heard that processing through the Delhi post takes a very long time and I am getting fairly good job offers in India and would like to relocate till such time I get my Canadian landing papers.
Awaiting your reply
Best Regards
Deepak
Deepak --
As far as I have heard, CHC posts are not transferring applications to other posts now.
So if you want your application transferred to ND, RPC London may not do it.
Therefore, it is best to keep your application in London.
Secondly, if everything goes well, you will get medical requests soon.
Why complicate things by moving back to India to start a new job because you will have to quit and go to Canada soon anyway.
You will still have to maintain a mailing address in UAE anyway.
This is just my opinion - I am not an immigration lawyer or anything, so take it only as an opinion and not advice.
