Please RM do leave a reply when you get ur PP...coz i can imagine how much strange it is to wait.... and esp when u're just three weeks away from ur medical being getting over... i mean how careless these people can get? after all its juz a stamp isn't it?

as u said Janmeja, ...i get ur point, of carrying the papers etc...but i was of d opinion that they wud hafta return the PP no matter what, before 1 year to medical dates.... is it feasible for them to extend the medical period? i suppose no...coz in this case a person wud be asked to repeat his tests as these tests dont hold valid, longer than 1 year.

......this wait really gives me shivers!

I have no other option but to wait. At Delhi they have no option of calling them or personally meeting them to submit the PPs. also no option of personally collecting the same.
Hence any news would have to be via Postal service only.
In any case do I have any other option but to wait for the next .....???
Let's wait and see what comes in next from Delhi.
Shall keep you informed of any developments.

if i m not wrong your medical resuts are about to expire, so you will get a letter to do it again. and it will start all over again. better contect aby lawyer and inquiry about it.

well i dont think u shud contact any lawyers...coz a case is a dead end in such matters... i think u'd probably get them back before ur medical dates are over....u've also filled in the landing fees RM, haven't u? So what my survey says is nehow u'd be immigrated.... so dont worry. other than waiting there's no option. Did you apply through a consultant or was it self applied?

all i'll say is dont worry and dont get into doing "cases against" them coz thats beign true no solution!

dont loose hope....soon u'd be giving a gud news to all of us in here bout ur visa...

Send them a FAX once again intimating medicals date.

I am also waiting for the landing papers, i did undergo medical in june 2005. But till today i am still waiting for landing papers.
