With remote working a firm reality, careers in IT and Business Transformation are wildly in demand with the employee’s ability to deliver from any corner of the globe. To pre-launch the product offering the founders are looking to onboard 5 trainees who will be given this extensive program without a cost. The program simulates a real-world technology project execution and will provide an insight into the project life cycle, artifacts, project maturity, stakeholder management tools and techniques and successfully managing a project. Apart from the technical segment the program will holistically equip the trainee with interviewing, presentation and resume building skills modelled to serve the North American especially the Canadian market. The program has hundreds of hours in extensive research, analysis and dry runs conducted by practicing business transformation consultants to make it market relevant. We believe this is a program like no other. Learn from the experts and transform your career! The trainee profile: Any domain or background. At-least 2-4 years of professional work experience. Ideally understands technology projects although this is not mandatory. Located in North America Non-Negotiable requirement: The trainee must be able and willing to spend unhindered time during the training course and a few after hours to prepare for the forthcoming class and work on project modules Intake number and method: Restricted to 5 trainees and selection is based on an interview with the program organizers and founders.
