Purpose: · To maintain a cordial relationship among the old girls in Canada and Alma mater in our homeland. · To maintain the cultural and religious heritage and pass it on to the younger generation here by conducting and promoting cultural activities · To help our Alma mater in every way possible Activities: 1.A successful cultural show called SAKTHI 2000 held in September 2000 2.Published a souvenir acclaimed excellent by many. 3.Participate in the sports meet held by JSSA every year-members of our team went to the UK to play in matches with the Tamil school teams there. 4.Annual General Meetings held in September with an election and cultural programs 5.Sent donations to renovate school temple 6.Promised to purchase 3 computers for the school 7.Canada OGA has sent a substantial donation to Colombo OGA recently to help the College. A Toshiba Photocopier has been donated to the College using part of this money.
