Someone claims to have picked US as LVO ( Local Visa Office ) for his/her mother when she is not US Green Card or Citizen http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/parents-sponsership-joine-here-t91654.6015.html I thought you had to pick HOME COUNTRY only?
