I agree..trying to hide the crime becomes a bigger crime. we have to wait for the official version.

One of my friend is in a similiar situation. Without checking the antecedents, he has rented his basement to a 'unsavoury' character. This guy is always high on drugs.

Now my friend is scared to ask him for rent or to vacate his home.

Is this a illegal basement rented out.

Legal basement the person has legal resources to evict..
