Hello Dear CD friends,
Happy Holi to all CD's and their families.
Need help : Can someone please advise name and phone number of satellite dish installer for mississauga in a condo, my friend lives close to square one in a condo, he already has a dish and viewsat receiver but for some reason has lost signal and needs to install another dish for BEV, can someone please advise a reliable and reasonable installers name and phone number so we can contact him and get this satellite dish working, please get back to me on parag0574 at yahoo dot com or call me on 6478390038, earliest reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hello ParagMehta,

I picked up this card at one of the Indian Groceries. The gentleman in the card says "Free Advice-Experienced" ON Satellite. Ask for Mike. 664 7809. Check him out before you commit your self.

Repointing a dish is not rocket science.. Ur friend should try and experiment..

Since he is in a condo i presume his dish is not bolted down and probably is connected to a table of something.

I did it on my own.. took me some experimenting but it is quite easy..

Our Apartment's balcony faces North West .... What FTA channels can be viewed when the dish faces this direction ?

Check out http://lyngsat.com/ It gives you a list of all the satellites and the location of each of them.

What is the diffrence between Dish 500 and 1000 ,how many sats you can get by these ?
