My husband is an MBA from Pune University and has worked in the middleeast for 16 years in the marketing of electronic goods in the institutional sector. Can any one advise as to what are the prospects for him out in toronto and how is the labour market
I have been reading a lot of post and would like to thank everyone who pen down there experiences as it enables us the would be migrants to prepare ourself for the future.

All I can say is that do not stick to Toronto area , which is already saturted with immigrants.

Be willing to settle in any area where there is a good chance of settling , like alberta for example which is booming or estern canada where the cost of living is low.


After 16 yrs of settled life in ME , you might not like Toronto .

Thanks for ur advice we are open to settling in any part of Canada if we can get a fairly good job Can u name any city where there r job opportunities How is Vancouver?

How long does it take for a person to settle in Canada? Can we hope to get a decent job in 1 or 2 years after we land?

I have worked for courier companies in the past and had a long break in my career can I hope to get a job when I land there
