Any idea from anybody's experience how easy it is to get jobs in real life?

Unfortunately I am in BC and am not familiar with all the private colleges in Ontario. I'll leave it for other members who may know specifically what colleges offer the most comprehensive curriculum and have a good reputation among the business community.
