Thinkingone,
I was wondering if you have any update on the ITIL workshops that you were planning to start.

Hi guys,
Just happen to write and clear the ITIL v3 Foundations from a prometric centre.
Studied all by myself and scanned eBay dumps. Helped to pass with flying colors.

Hi,
Could anyone please share info on courses available for ITIL certification?
I am interested to take a course if it is reasonably priced and fits my schedule.
Hi sdpatil80
Hi,
There are 3 levels
level 1 - Foundation (V3) - this will familarize you with the Service management concepts and terminology and open up the window for further level. this certification is the criteria for the next level.
Level 2 Practioners : This is where most of the action is .
It connsists of four sub certs which can be individually taken. Depending upon ur current work profile you can choose one or more and complete it. 5 days course each.
Plan & Improve - Deals with Capacity Planning and availability (IPPI)
Agree & Define - Deals with Financial part of service management (IPAD)
Support & Restore - Incident and problem management (IPSR)
Release & Control - Configuration change & release management (IPRC)
IPSR and IPRC more in demand.
Level 3 ITIL Master : After a few years of service management experience....
Hope this helps and All the best !!!
