1) ELF - Electrical Light Fixtures

2) Rental Water Heater - This means the home you are looking to purchase has a rental water heater and you would be assuming the contract for the rental with the respective Gas company

3) Central Vac - The home has central vacuum installed meaning there are pipes built into the walls with outlets where you plug in your vacuum. When you vacuum, it collects all the material into a central canister. Most of the time this canister is located in the garage, although it can be in the basement as well.

4) GBE - Gas Burner and Equipment. Basically means the furnace, may include the humidifier if attached to the furnace.

5) Forced Air - Related to the furnace. The home is heated through a forced air system where hot air is 'pushed' by fans through ducts to all parts of the home.

Hope this helps.
