TK,

Look at Gulf countries.

There is no certainty in Australia/New Zealand also. Ofcourse, Australia does have a policy by which they evaluate your qualifications prior to immigration.

Regarding kids, I am concerned about their not being able to play & spending most of their time watching TV inside the house here in Canada.

I feel that whether it is India or Canada, they could get influenced by bad company. In India also I know of people who have got into alcohol, gambling, etc. & spoiled their lives.

It is specially imperative that we get our kids involved in social & religious activities conducted by different communities here so that they keep touch with our roots (by which I mean good culture) & are able to distinguish between good & bad.

However, as TK said, problem is getting time off from the job specially if parents are working shifts to make ends meet & save money.

I am a bit perplexed abt a finding I have made - In Australia and IT professional gets a more handsome salary and jobs are relatively easier 2 come by then they are in Canada .

Is it true that Aus currently isnt as stagnated as Can and has more prospects than Can which appears saturated .........Talking from an IT person's view that is ......... and that too working in Oracle ..........

Plus educated people are nice, decent,polite and won't react violently to the Gora supervisor/manager in the warejouse/factory, when they are doing their labour jobs, as their upbringing prevents them from doing that.

So Goras prefer Indian doctors, engineers, MBA's for labour jobs in Canada.
