Saw Sarkar over the weekend. Liked it a lot. I love these realistic, sometimes offbeat movies. No running around trees, etc. Except the background song Govinda, Govinda which was included appropriately, no other songs. Big B and Junior B did very well. Others did a very good job. Overall if u like realistic cinema (Satya, D, Company), then watch Sarkar.

Good movie but Personally I do not like Glorifying Crime in movies in a mostly lawless country .

"Sarkar" is remake of Godfather.....very old story with Indianized version. Couple of dialogue changed but flow and theme of the movie is unchanged.
If you liked Godfather, Sarkar will be a good time pass....

Yep guys indeed Sarkar features great performance by Big and small Bs..
I bought the DVD from Gerrad street and seems like they screwed me as only Sarkar worked for me and all others like Paheli, The rising and Dus failed in my DVD player..
May be my DVD player sucks but thats unlikely.. anyone having similar experience with Desi DVDS..
