You can have your Mazaa (Maaza) in many ways ...

So don't let the english translation of hindi words stop you from enjoying Pyasa or Pyaasa or Pyasaa.

Pyaasa..some questions

Is your model similar to that of Netflix (aka a Mini-me of Netflix?)..If so then you have to be careful. The business model of Netflix succeeds as there is a huge market for Hollywood flims. There used to be (and there still is) a company called Canadaflix.ca.. I have seen their dvds...and their rents are atrocious. Hopefully your model will succeed.

BTW..any plans on starting online sales ? I dunno if you can withstand the competition from "Dupes" in Toronto.... Very few Legit companies exist in Toronto !

So why rent from Canflix.ca and not Zip.ca?

Since Zip is Ottawa based - you'd have DVDs in a day, vs Canflix (out of Calgary) which would take 3-4 days.

Yes, we are like Netflix and many other Online DVD rental companies. Yes, we are in a niche. We have no immediate plans to sell DVDs. One business at a time.

I have no issues with rip-offs(in sales or rentals). They have their business model - and we have ours. We don't play in that "field". We want to bring real value to our clients, in terms of ease of use, quality of the movie, and price. So far, our clients like the crisp, full resolution DVD-9 format originals that we rent.
