I don't think that was the purpose. IMO, it is more like your advice and comments have nothing new in them. Let's summarize what you have been saying:

Your advice/comments have been:

1. Good resume
2. Good interview skills
3. Good communication
4. Good soft skills
5. Do not come without having secured a job already.(This is in a little contradiction to the others because if someone already has a job he does not need the rest, does he?

Most of your comments are only detailed elaborations on the above. Please let me know if I have missed anything.

What was perhaps implied in the posts that you have taken offence to, was that these suggestions are available all over and one does not necessarily gets what he wants just practising them. It is more hype than anything else.
