Conventional wisdom says that if you're over 40, settling in the manufacturing sector will be difficult. If you're willing to put up with the hardships, you should give it a shot.

Thanx for your support in a challenged way ,which is highly appreciable.Here in India we're also doing the hardship but not getting the full return or satisfaction due to the bossism.No harm in trying the luck,which already I had mentioned and this is your advice too. GOD is GREAT and Everywhere.Thanx again for the encouraged statement.

Ali Saab,

I feel you have a gr8 boss..one who allows you to stay out of the country for a year and is willing to take you back after a year!!!I doubt whether there is any canadian desi who can claim that their organisation is willing to take them back...forget one year...even after 6 months...

If you are ready to give me Job of 60K/ month in India i will start packing my stuff right now...

I did not want to discourage you but based on reality i told in that lines...

I m 33 yrs old and i m from Cryogenics Engineering and with lots of fortune 100 companies exp. but still i m ready to move back as i think one can struggle for 2-3 years but not for ever...

If you are well off ...please dont resign and come but just try here you will exp. why Canada is not bed of roses....

Thats y a person shd base his decisions on his own understanding . That doesnt prevent him from seeking opinion though . Some may prefer Canada to India coz of the system and some otherwise.

Please share with us ur expereince upon reaching Canada which Im sure u r inclined towards.
