I am often listening from many friends and relatives that they will move to US once they become citizen.
I also know many people living in US.
What are options to move to US? Legally and Ilegally?
TN Visa. I am not sure how easy of difficult this is. Once you are Canadian Citizen you can work in US with TN visa. What are requirements for this? Do you need to tell the employer that you are Canadian Citizen? What are documents required? Do you have to visit Canada regulary? Do you have to file IT Return?
Business Visa: What is minimum amount required to invest? For what businesses they allow it?
Illegaly - just got and stay there, own a store or motel and make money.... (Easiest thing to do )
Any more ideas? How people are doing this?

I agree that book is costly. But I heard Grasmick is the best lawyer for TN-1 visa.

there are lots of people (sorry patels ) doing this successfully. they cross the border after becoming citizen, own a business (invest legally), work in that business (illegally). they do this for couple of years. when they have amount reaches like 200,000 US$ they apply for invester visa.
