IMO, Calgary univ. is quite good & lot of companies goes there for Campus interviews. Bur regarding your question for Migration/ admission, i am not expert in this field. May be Mr. Masooud can answer your question. If you are a PR, your fee is almost half. You get govt. study loan as they call OSAP in ontario. I do,nt know much about Alberta but in Ontario you get student loan easily.( 1 year waiting period has been waived). second advantage as PR is that if after yout ME you get any Job Offer, straight away you can join them. NO job permit etc.
