Apart from being a legendary actor, he was also a very good person. His wife was good friends with my grandma, so I've met him a few times, but his humility never made me feel that he is such a great celebrity.
Usually superstardom is assigned to heros...but if it we confer it to villans in Bollywood, after Pran and Ajit for their respective eras...Amrish Puri has to be the one for this era...
May his sole rest in peace...

Sad news. Very good actor indeed. In every movie he did a great job. May his soul rest in peace.
