HI Canadian NRI,
I would suggest you guys to donate specify money to countries like Indonesia & SRI LANKA. As these are the hardest hit. Funds are not problem in India now. May be logistics support like doctors/physiotherapist may be required for people in trauma..
Take our company case. Total people in my company are around 4000. The one day salary is contributed by all. That average is around 50 Canadian dollars (RS 1500-1600). In fact Indian is donating money to Sri Lanka.
Must have noticed. Towns in Indonesia have washed away. God helps the sufferers.
