Hi, I will be visiting Toronto for a month just to collect my PR cards. I can not possibly stay beyond one month due to my commitments back in Pakistan. What will happen If during my one month stay I did not get my PR cards and I return without it. Can I receive my PR carsd , SIN cards etc. at the address of my relatives in Toronto who can courier my cards to me or do I have to be present to receive my cards.

For PR card, they send a letter at your home address,s tating the date and time when you can go to their office (closest to you) and pick up the PR card.

Ordinarily, the person himself / herself needs to walk into the office on that date.They check photo identification and then only hand out PR card.

I am not aware , in special circumstances, on request if they can follow any other procedure.
