With the successful Agni test what we are going to say to the world?
In a sense, going ahead with the test was probably meant by the government to send a message to its domestic audience, to Pakistan, and to the wider international community that India is determined to assert its security interests

why not. with pakistan growing belligerent with its hatf /babar missiles, India has every right to protect itself and also assert or siaplay the fact it is capable of defending itself. India never started a war but only fought back in defense.
So India has and will always send the correct message....
