My wife opened her account with PC within one month of landing. So maybe you should check this out with PC.

ICICI bank - enough has been said!!! Open an account at your own peril.

PC Financial does not check credit history for opening bank account these days. May be they were doing that few years ago.

ICICI bank is "indian" bank whereas PC is not. May be that can make customer service experience different!
