thanks.

Unfortunately I dont have implementation experience.
Function or Technical I am not sure. I would thinkI am more of a technical person as far as ERP is concerned.

During my time in India I also attended the ORacle DBa 9i course.

I didnt go for certification yet.

I was thinking to take certification in USA but if they are going to ask the country which I took the certification. then I feel like I'll be doing a stupid thing. I was taking this because my current employer wood pay for this. Does any body know which is the best website for IT related jobs.

If you can't sell your U.S. certification here, you need to work on marketing skills.

For those who who laugh all this off and prefer to remain in their self-contained bubble of enlightenment, I'll let you be.

For those who actually want to do something, let me repeat. Certifications are a one way of at least attempting to get around the Canadian experience catch-22. If one moron of a manager tells one desi that his certification is of no value because it was in a third world country, that does not etch anything in stone for the rest of Canada. If you prefer to take someone's negative experience and make it the basis of your beginning in Canada, good luck to you! I would much rather advise you to get off your tush and do whatever YOU can do to maximise your job-search arsenal.
