ques 1 : does marks in study count there very much to secure a job in ur field? or it is ur knowledge bout ur field?

Obviously knowledge.

ques 3: if i want to continue with my studies and want to do m-tech computer from univ in canada after coming there can i do it.......will that help me find a job in my field.

You can study here. Education is expensive here. You can apply for study loan called OSAP (see for details: http://osap.gov.on.ca/) if you land in Ontario. Other provinces also grant loans but they have different names. About job, that is a tricky question!

ques 4: we both have also upto level 4 in french from alliance chandigarh? will it be helpfull for finding a job?

It can help definitely. You can apply for jobs in parts of Canada where French is preferred like Quebec. Also it can help in transition jobs/survival jobs in call centers.
