Hi Guys,

I have recently bought rental property and paid full HST. I would like to apply for NRRP rebate (GST 524 Form). I have all necessary documents with me but wondering how can I apply online.

I am individual (No Business account or GST/HST NETFILE account).

I know if it is NOT rental property then you can apply from CRA My Account (GST190 Form).


I know where to send through mail but looking for online way.

Any idea?

Success is Never Ending and Failure is Never Final.

The system from CRA functions OFF and ON. (If it does, then use it.

To submit Electronically you must have an account with them and a PASSWORKD to complete the Process. If you are Successful you will get an Immediate response from them. Save it first. Then, Print it or take a picture of it.
