Canadian Divorce is only bad when the male is in a good job and the woman is a gold digger.

However if you are in a low wage job or a welfare receipient, the wife stands to loose as your child support and maintenance becomes NIL. Plus if you are a welfare receipient, you will get free legal aid.

Compare that with India where in even if you donot have a job or savings, you will have to maintain your highly educated wife (though not working) and children. You will be thrown in jail, if you donot maintain your divorced wife and children.

In India, even if you are on welfare, you still have to maintain your wantedly non working wife and children.
