I am a single Canadian citizen and my only family are my mum and sister in India. I tried to sponsor my mum but she didn't get selected in the latest lottery system for sponsoring parents. She's here on super visa.

As I fall under the lonely Canadian category, I asked to sponsor my sister but that was refused as I can still sponsor my Mum (which is only the lottery system).

My sister is 45 and eligible under express entry. However, her points are very low (327).

Any advice on how to bring her over here? Thanks,

You seem to know a lot of things already. So, there is no use my writing to you about it in this link. But please go through these two links and see if you missed anything in your earlier attempt.

You can't unless you are single, never married, have no children, your parents and grandparents are deceased, you don't have an Aunt/Uncle/Brother/Sister/Niece/Nephew in Canada. There are some programs in Alberta/Manitoba/Sask for siblings, but you would have to be residing in those provinces. If you are see their PNP.

Recently, about two weeks ago, they have started to provide the applicants with additional points for just having siblings here in Canada. If sponsoring will get them more points for their entry, then I would have said so. But they have not brought that up as yet.

So, check these PNP Programs. That will be the next avenue. Please see what is written there and see if you can make use of the same. Please read and get back. Also only a few Provinces are opening up these PNP Program and they do it sporadically too. So, you have to be on top of this and if you wink, blink and nod they get filled up. These programs are always in demand.

Please see if it helps any. Alternately you will need tonnes of money. That is another route.

Tonnes of money for which route?

You are a determined person and love your family dearly, I see. I was sure you also knew that there are other avenues and might have heard about them also. Since you are curious and want to know more, I will provide here under the link to it.

Each Province sets up their own dollar limit and requirements and they also close them out as and when they choose. They do not have to provide anybody any reason WHY! So, I also gave up. But here is a link under this which you can get to read and find out more there in it.

Please keep all of the options open and try and find as to when the PNP Program in that province opens up. You may have a few friends who might help your relative, (Sister in your case) get entry in that province while they complete their required stay period is completed with their help and assistance there for the initial TWO years. Then she can join you.

Alternately study in a University and obtain a Home Care Degree with great marks and enter Canada as a Care Taker of sorts. They are very much in demand. The same could be done here as a Student at Sheridan or any other college also, located in your neck of the woods. That way she is here with you from the word GO. Costs a little bit and you can think about it too. Alternately become a good cook. They are looking for a THOUSAND or more this half of the year.

All of this information gets collated and only a few like you want to know more about them. So, here it is.
