Hello
My Intra Company Transfer Visa is being currently processed. I should have my visa in 6-8 weeks.
Can I concurrently apply through the Express Entry for a PR? will it affect my visa in any way?
My current opportunity does not have LMIA, but my role is level 0 for express entry- will i qualify for LMIA
The process of Intra Company Transfer is done through the Special Channel that is set up specifically for such entries. The time taken is known to those who use it. It may be eight weeks. You are currently in that system and you are way ahead in that line up. Only way to find out is through the number issued to the applicant and the E-Cas system. You have it on you and so find out more as to where your files are. (Where you stand.)
There is only one of you that can enter into Canada. You can no way clone yourself between now and your First Entry into Canada. So, think twice before you get into FSW application process. Don't you think you will be confusing them?
Well, nothing wrong in asking, but I can't express properly, due to lack of words.
FH.
Currently Intra Company Visa is like a work permit and you will have to leave after your work permit expires. But you do have the Canadian Experience under your belt and can use the same for Entry into the Canadian Experience Class. The process may be slightly longer on the whole but you have a job and you also have everything to get started and so hang in there.
