How good are the prospects of finding & getting hired in Call Center/Data Entry jobs for a grad from Bombay with 3.5+ yrs relevant experience (TOEFL score of 250/300 to support my english fluency) visiting Canada on a visitors visa??.

As far as my knowledge goes you cannot work in Canada on a visitor's visa. You need a work permit or be a PR to be able to work in Canada.
