wondering if theres any lawyer visiting india at this moment. I need to get powere attorney done for refinance purpose.

The person is located in Gujarat. Its okay if the person has to travel if the lawyer is littel far.

plz let me know if anyone know of lawyer vising india at this moment.

Royal Bank of Canada has opened a Branch there in Mumbai, India and has a full team of their own employees operating out of that location. I am sure there is also a legal team there and a consultancy associated with them.

The question that you are asking us here can be posed to them too and if you know any one there in that branch, you can surely find out from them about that individual. Also see if they will provide you with such a service either through the branch or directly through the Canadian Lawyer that they have in their team.

Alternately, make a trip with your Passport and Driver's Licence and other identity materials that you can raise there and make a visit to the Canadian High Commissioner's Office there in New Delhi and get all of the same done through them. It has more value than a Lawyer's attestation. They do these items on a regular basis and for a fee.
