2 or 3 years back when I started this thread the prices for singles were mid -high 500s and now they are high 700s.
Good thing is - since I visited this builder last May also, the cost of singles then was low 700s and now it is high 700s .... 50-60K difference I agree , but resale homes sale price variance is much higher.
So even if you have missed the bus, next time when they come with a release (perhaps later this year) , I expect the singles to be starting at low 800s.
Online appointment is much better than lining up for a week 24*7.
